Seriously speaking, cons are humidity and a hurricane season in the summer. The biggest pro is the relatively mild winter.

it is a beautiful,scenic old town,lots of bars,small shops,everything in walking distance.the downside it is hot in summer,danger of huricanes,tourist town so a bit pricey,bridge of lions being replaced
