Old sacramento is nice ... you can see a River Cats game (baseball) downtown ... see a movie, comedy show, or live music at the historic Crest Theatre ... Sacramento Zoo ... California State Railroad Museum ... Sutter's Fort ... Crocker Art Museum ... State Capitol ... Waterworld USA Cal Expo ... various bowling places ... Sacramento Brewing Company ... catch a local show at a club ... Esquire IMAX Theatre ... Other Travel Tips it's flat. ok, it's nice, but it's flat. highly recommend the old town district and the capitol area. what your going to have to do is Take Interstate 80 east....then exit on 89 tahoe City....and enjoy how majestic and beutiful Lake tahoe is....estimated travel time in a car:2 hours Old Sacramento, The State Capital, The Railroad Musem, The Crocker Art Musem and depending on the time of the year the State Fair and maybe a River Cats game if you want some sun. Folsom Lake and Old Folsom are fun too! If your young check out some clubs: The Park (New IT place) Tunnel 21 (Vlady Divac's club) Harlows (Always fun) INK (fun place for late night food w/ a tattoo theme - super cool) |
