I am looking for a restaurant that was built over a river/creek located in North Ca. The river runs thru it???

It is off the beaten path like 3 miles up a mountain or out of town. It was featured on the discovery channel once. I think it is historical - and I think that they claimed haunted.

Northern Cali floods just about every year, it probably floated away.

Jackson and Sutter Creek are really cute small towns, maybe it was there.

Not sure. I'm in Redding, 2.5 hours north of Sac, so not even sure what part of nor cal your aiming at.
