It's been a couple of years since I've made this trek, but a cab ride is closer to $40. Your best bet is to take a Super Shuttle, which is around $12 each way. Their counter is at the end of the baggage claim area and it's quick and easy as they leave every 15 minutes or so. If you want a return trip, you can also book it right then as well. Hope this helps.

Don't know but the source that said $7 is not compentent. It is at least a $30 ride from airport to capitol.
