Not really. It's close to El Camino Ave which is kind of a ghetto

I agree -- it's ghetto.
I wouldn't live there.
I don't live that far from there. It's not the best place to live in the Sacramento area, but there are worse areas. There are safer and not that expensive places in Carmichael.
