Places to live in California that are 80% or more white? |
Travel Info It seems like when I look at towns in Cali it is usually like 60% hispanic and stuff and I feel like I would really be out of my element since I don't know Spanish. So I was wondering where some town are that have less minorities. Thanks for the info! Travel Tips Wow. I have lived in California all my life and right now I currently live where there are a lot of Spanish speaking people and you know what? I am doing just fine and I don't know any Spanish. Stop being so afraid and pick a nice place to live regardless of the races there. If people stopped thinking like this there would be less racism. Others learn spanish...it is one of the smost widely spoken languages of the world. Then it wouldnt matter where you lived in California Since you posted your question in the "Sacramento" sub section, I assume you live some where near there. According to U.S. census statistics, the near by city of Rocklin is 88.3% white, and 7.9% Hispanic, 4.2 % Asian, 3.7% "Other". The survey was taken in 2000. The correct abbreviation for California is either "Ca." or "Cal." Some find the "Cali" reference to be offensive. I am a CA native and I have never learned spanish. I have never had a problem communicating with anyone I had a need to communicate with. I don't think there are any towns in the Sacramento area that ar 60% hispanic. I hear Compton is lovely this time of year. Inglewood too. You should love it there. No Spanish ... no problem!!! Not very white though. Butm you can't have everything! why does it matter? i love diversity most people speak english anyways even the wealthy areas and rural areas are somewhat diversified if it really matters to you, try atherton you can live with all the other racially unaccepting anal retentive rich folks Roseville and Folsom are the closest cities to Sacramento that are highly populated by whites...... These cities where once Sacramento County but have since turned into there own city. |
