Travel Tips it all depends what part of sacramento you move to. you have north sac, south sac, and west sac,. i live i the north sac. its a city called antelope. the schools are great and the area i live in in very safe and awesome. people care about no matter if you are a complete stranger to them. where i live it is a very diverse area. there are still crimes in sacramento, but in antelope its just like if you were living in bev.hills,ca. nice and quite. but not to quite. =) but if you still aren't convinced that antelope is a safe great place to live, then i highly recomend moving to roseville, granite bay, or rocklin Others Its a pretty safe community. I wouldn't live in the city maybe the suburbs...but I don't know that's pushing it....seems like there has been a crime spike lately it depends :-)))) some areas are safe, some not ... I think situation is getting worse but it is still better than Oakland (for example). pretty safe Like any other big city depends on where you live. I have lived in Sac for 8 years now. If you are just moving here avoid Oak Park and Del Paso Heights and Sayonara St in Citrus Heights. LOL high crime and drug areas. Other than that check demographics on the Internet should help you decide. Just like any other place. There's good & bad. But in Sac there's less entertaining things to do compared to SoCal, unless your into outdoors lifestyle, so I believe when people are bored, they'll behave stupid. Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln are new development areas & very nice & safe. |
