Why are you asking this question in the San Antonio section? Visit www.uscis.gov for the info you need. Most travel agents in the Philippines can give you some information on how to apply for a tourist visa, or you can visit the US consulate on Rojas if you are in Manila There's a website! It's uscis.gov. It gives you all the info you need along with downloadable forms, info sheets etc. I used it to download my citizenship application form not to long ago! Check out http://www.stardiscounttravel.com... There's a link for Passports and Visas. You should do whatever your sister did to get to Texas. That's the easiest way. |
