Is Texas overrun by Louisianians?

I am looking for a place to take a good vacation and possibly future relocation.

I think most everyone who had to take shelter here has gone back home by now. Sure some decided to relocate, but that goes on everywhere all the time. We have a very big state here with all kinds of living coditions and terrain. I am sure you can find a place that "fits" you.

Texas is big.
I have not noticed that! I'm from Texas and like to visit San Antonio and Fort Worth (not Dallas or Austin). Lots to do at both places and most of the people are nice!
I just returned from a nice vacation in San Antonio and Houston. Houston is where the displaced Loisianans are. San Antonio is a very friendly city with lots of beauty to offer! I highly recommend it! (But it is damn hot in August!)
there is a lot in houston but it's no big deal , you should think about austin to relocate
