Travel Info This question is going to sound unbelievably stupid but i am going to ask anyways. What does you zoo do with the animals when it rains? We live in florida and our zoo animals stay outside no matter what, however this evening my sister was talking about going to a zoo in tampa tommorow then said, nah i think i've changed my mind, because if it rains they will put the animals up, we just laughed at her and she was serious and said, umm thats what they did in san antonio when i lived there. we asked her if their slogan was "come to the zoo, you can see rain or animals but not animals in the rain, that is just too much nature for one day. Travel Tips Lived here 40 years. Never once seen the animals put away in the rain. Weird idea, that. Others Some of the animals have shelters but they don't put them up when it rains.. Your sister is mistaken. |
