What is the nicest part of San Antonio, TX to live? |
Travel Info I would like an area with good schools, cheaper homes-n- taxes, and less crime. Are there an African American community (neighbor)? I love all people just stating before simple minded people think I am a racist. I just heard that there are few blacks in S.A. and it's a safe place to raise kids. Thanks! Travel Tips racist!!!! no I'm only kidding. i think the best place would be the north side. that's where i live, well NW side. theres good schools, people are nice and its mixed meaning race and homes arnt too over priced. But if you prefer a black community, theirs heritage or Adams hill off of marbach. good luck, Others Did you know that it is the second fattest city in America!? #1 is Dallas. anyways, when i was there i lived near Ft Sam Houston, you may want to chek that area out, houses were priced pretty well and I never had any problems. Proportionately, you can say there are few Blacks, but San Antonio is huge. You will find Blacks all over the city. It is integrated pretty much anywhere you go. Housing is affordable here and there are several school districts. It is a great family place. There are areas that have lots of gang activity and are high in crime, as in any large city, but most areas are very nice. There is one problem here, the food is fantastic!!!! MAKE SURE you find a gym to enroll in because the food is very seductive. Many activities are based around it. Anyway, welcome and prepare for a great experience. |
