Travel Info
Are they considered synonymous?
Few facts about each?

Travel Tips
NO... King Williams is in the Southtown area. Blue Star is another aspect of that area. The two are in the same region as Southtown is the region and Blue Star is an entity within that region. It's not synonymous.

"Southtown is a community-based economic development organization, formed to revitalize the commercial corridors of South Alamo, South St. Mary's and South Presa Streets and the surrounding King William, Lavaca and Blue Star neighborhoods. Southtown's mission is to create a human-scale urban village through the strategies of historic preservation and responsive urban design, support of the arts, business development and aggressive promotion of the area."
