Most clubs and nightspots have 2-3 levels, as they overlook the river and have bottom floors (our doors on the street) in order to get in. Most places will have a cover of around $10. If you are downtown and you're open to alternative venues, you can go to The Bonham Exchange, which is a gay bar that has a ton of different levels and places within the bar (a video bar, other regular bar areas, dance areas, outside patios, and a stage on the top level). $5 cover. If you are in north san antonio, you can check out Bar 11 by North Star mall, which has two levels, with the top level overlooking the main floor.
