Bandera Road Military Drive San Pedro Avenue Federicksburg Road Rigsby Avenue Quintana Road Commerce Street Roosevelt Road Wursbach Parkway Seguin Road Zarzamora Street I have a huge obsession for speed limit signs. Travel Tips Bandera Road - 40 Military Drive - 45 San Pedro Avenue - (varies) 35/40/45 (school zones as well - 20) Federicksburg Road - 30/40/45 (school zones - 20) Rigsby Avenue - 40/45 Quintana Road - (not too sure) 45? Commerce Street - 35 (nearly all downtown streets are) Roosevelt Road - 40/45 Wursbach Parkway - 40/65 (in highway spots) Seguin Road - 40/45 Zarzamora Street - 35/40 (varies) Most of the city streets around the city are 40/45.
