Traffic help in San Antonio?

Travel Info
Can anyone suggest an alternate route between Six Flags Fiesta Texas and 410/Harry Wurzbach? I take I-10 to 410 but the traffic near the airport is killing me!

Travel Tips
Ditto on the 1604/281 route, although I'm not fond of Thousand Oaks. There are too many traffic lights, curvy roads, and apartment complexes for my taste. When I'm travelling that direction, I usually exit at Bitters and go east to Wurzbach Parkway. You can then exit Nacogdoches or Perrin Beitel. With all the construction, I don't know what the traffic is like going from 281 to 410, but even that may still be better than your current route. At least when you get on 410, you will be past most of the airport traffic. It's worth a shot.

Others
Try taking 1604East to 281 like you are going back into town then exit on Thousand Oaks go down to Perrin Bietel Road then down Nacogdoches to Loop 410.

Take 1604 around there and come down 35.
The only thing that I can suggest is taking 1604 around. It will still be very time consuming. Us here in San Antonio are doomed when it comes to traffic. The construction is a nightmare. Hopefully in the next ten years it will be over. LOL
