What is best hotel to stay in on the river walk in San Antonio? |
Travel Info Which has the best view of the river from a river view room? Travel Tips Well, there are plenty of hotels on the Riverwalk -- so I'd say most of them offer some great views. However, the Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk is probably your best choice, since it's fairly tall. Click 'Check Availability', choose your dates, then select 'Riverwalk San Antonio' from the 'distance from' dropdown on the results page. Don't forget to check reviews over at http://www.tripadvisor.com/ Others The Watermark, or LaMansion, Or Hotel Valencia, or The Hilton. Those all have very good views. I live there Omni La Mansion Del Rio is a wonderful hotel to stay at. It is located by all the hot spots on the riverwalk and they have great river view rooms. JLO actually stayed there when she filmed Selena. The hotel Valencia is by far the best.. I use to be a tour guide on the river and drive the boats, so I have heard many hotel reviews.. La Valencia is very posh and very modern, a cozy feel.. The Watermark is cool, upscale is what I would say.. La Mansion is I think behind times and a little over-priced.. Though is still I mean a really nice hotel.. Just depends on your preference and taste.. Hotel Contessa is a great hotel to stay at. Any hotel on the riverwalk would be good because your right there. The Hilton Palacio del Rio is also great. |
