You have stated what the demographic is now but what was it a few years ago and what will it be next year? It could be just the opposite next year Others My guess is that the Jefferson area probably has older people thus less go to school. The area around Jeff is somewhat like a landmark with older homes and a real different feel that closer to the Fenwick area. I can't be certain on this. |
