What is the best Neighborhoods in San Antonio, TX to live? |
Travel Info I am a young women, so safetly is very important for me. I grow up in a small community in a higher class family. I would like a safe area with lots of culture and a little bit on the higher class end. Travel Tips Alamo Heights is a lot of old money, but a lot of class and a great neighborhood and a great location.. Anything else, I would go Northeast SA.. Churchill Estates, anything around there.. Nice area to live in.. Very nice.. Others north of SA. I'm told the "West Side" can be the "Wild, Wild, West." Im moving there in 2 months from NY and after much research I have found that the North Central and North East (north of the airport on 281) are the best sections of the city. there are a ton of beautiful, higher class apartment communitys in the area and you are bound to find something that fits you. to name a few roads-- Thousand Oaks, Henderson Pass, Stone Oak Parkway, E Evans Rd and Bitters RD. You will find that in each commual area they seem to build grocery stores and other convience stores within a mile or 2 of them so it feels like your own little city inside a big city. good luck. I live around San Antonio and I agree with Amanda and Redhead. I would have said the same thing. Good luck with your move..and welcome to San Antonio Windcrest Alamo Heights Terrell Hills lived in Windcrest |
