Does anybody live in San Antonio Texas and RENT?

I want to know how much it is to rent a HOUSE there..anybody?

I live on the NE side of San Antonio and have been renting for about three years. Both houses have been 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath homes in decent (low-crime, good school district) areas with about 1800 square feet. Rent has been $950.00/month in both places. I think we have gotten good deals on both. I think if they were "managed" properties, it would be a little more.

I'm not too sure on the rent for a house but apartments can be pretty expensive. If you wanted to live around here I know that the taxes are alot cheaper and stuff on the outskirts, in Schertz, etc.
Just buy. Its still cheap here and you should get into the market before the prices get above 250K
