Seagoddess left out Rob Cary on Wetmore Road where there are theme rooms. Little expensive and don't forget your vacination papers for your doggie. Your pet will be pampered. If that's not what you are looking for and just want something simple, try N. New Braunfels just North of the Loop near Fuddruckers. I don't remember the name of the place, but they are very reasonable and will even bathe your doggie.
