Is San Antonio affected by the FLOODS??? |
Travel Info I am travelling there Tuesday with family and need to know if it is flooded or not...thanks! Travel Tips Just the low water crossings were flooded.No worries....unless we get more rain, which is expected tues and wed..There another tropical depression coming off the gulf and merging with this low that has been hanging around for the past week...So if your traveling, just beware of the weather in your area, and turn around dont drown...Thats the Texas slogan out here. Others Well, the whole city is not flooded! It's only the low water crossings that will probably still have some water on them. But if your traveling the highway those are open. As of right now very little is going on as far as flooding. A few creeks went over but it's dwindled down as it hasn't rained in the last couple of days. The ground is saturated though. Some parts are... It depends where U'r going, but things can get better or worse at any minute.... Look at the weather report for 10 days it will give a better idea. None of my family has complained of floods, and they live all over the city, so I say it's safe to go. :-) |
