The Missions will have a display after the baseball game. Also, the city of New Braunfels, the City of Schertz and the City of Seguin all put on good shows. If you want to purchase your own fireworks, all you have to do is go outside of the city. On the NE side, you can go down Nacogdoches Rd, out past Rolling Oaks Mall towards Bracken. There are several shops out there. Others I am sure they will have fireworks around the riverwalk and probably a big festival Every 4th of July Lackland Airforce Base has fireworks, There is usually a shows downtown, at Fiesta Texas and Sea World. If you mean to buy. No. Firework are not allowed in the citi limits. However, you can buy them just outside the city limits. In many areas of town you'll see people, outside, popping fireworks (which is illegal). There is also places just outside the city limits to pop your fireworks. Call your fire department and they will normally have some idea of where that are becasue those area are set up by them and they are on site for emergancies. I grew up there Woodlawn lake near St. Mary's University has a show, and a parade and even an all day party. So, does Lackland and Randolph and Fort Sam Houston. Landa Park in New Braunfels, Boerne has awesome fireworks over the river and you can go pop them yourself at the Mr. W's site fenced off just for this event. It's on the right before you get to fairoaks on Interstate 10. There is a wonderful parade in Seguin dubbed the best in Texas and another firework Mr. W's in that direction as well. I have been to all these places and they are all wonderful. I just hope we don't get rained out. We are supposed to get rain on the fourth. at fiesta texas they do fireworks |
