Travel Info Can anyone tell me a little about Dana Point, CA? Travel Tips Can you be a little more specific? Dana Point is in the Southern Part of Orange County, which is north of San Diego. It has a great harbor if you have a boat. It is fairly expensive to live in, but then again so is anything along the coast in Orange County. The biggest downside is that the State Beach(Doheny) and other around the Harbor are considered some of the most polluted in California. For beaches go up to Laguna Beach or down to San Clemente. Others its a really quiet and beautiful area. Capistrano beach and mission are located right next to it. very beautiful place to relax and get away from city stress In addition to the points above, if you go there you MUST eat at Taco Surf at 34198 Pacific Coast Hwy! It has a very nice harbor area with some nice shops and restaurants. If your looking to buy a house you better be rich. |
