Travel Info Where is the best place for swimming in the sea in Orange County.Calm,safe waters,not so many rough waves? Travel Tips Corono del Mar is nice. There are also a lot of little coves in Laguna Beach, but you have to park and walk around to find them. You would look a little ridiculous trying to swim at Balboa Island though, since there are docks all around the island right in front of people's houses. Others Corona Del Mar... "Little Corona" actually. Try Balboa Island...no waves. Also, right next to the main beach at Corona del Mar there is a cove( to the right of main beach) we used to call it Chinaman's Cove. If it is not a private beach now it is a great place to go. the wedge |
