What's the one thing you must do when visiting San Diego?

Travel Info
I am trying to convince my wife to go.

Travel Tips
There are tons of great things to do in the area, so instead of one I'll give you a few:

1. From downtown, take the ferry over to Coronado and ride bikes around the area. You'll see great views of the bay, ocean, and bridge. While you're there, stop by the Hotel Del and check out the grounds.

2. La Jolla. Walk the coastline near the cove, which is some of the best in the area, see the seals, watch the ocean for dolphins and whales, and then walk up to the village and have lunch at one of the many great restaurants. You can also try the Torrey Pines Gliderport for a picnic while watching the fliers do their thing or hike the Torrey Pines Reserve.

3. Balboa Park. This is kind of a standard answer, but it really is a nice place to spend an afternoon. There are tons of museums, if that's your thing, botanical gardens, great architecture, and plenty of lawns to relax and eat.

You could also spend a day at the zoo (in Balboa Park), have a sunset drink at the top of the Hyatt and get the best views in town, go to Sea World, take a sunset sail, see an outdoor play at the Starlight with the planes flying overhead, or any of the other great things to do in San Diego. Other Travel Tips
YOU MUST ABSOLUTLY GO TO THE BEACH.
also the zoo.
I just like the temperture and the outdoor/indoor fusion mall they have there.
Some must-do's for my friends and me when we go to San Diego (and we actually plan our trip around this) are: stay at the Omni San Diego, have dinner at Cafe Sevilla (a Spanish tapas restaurant - reservations are A MUST), party the night away at a megaclub called On Broadway (think four dance floors with different music in the basement of a Pan-Asian restaurant...beware $25 cover charge), have breakfast at Hamburger Mary's in Hillcrest (a gay restaurant with an awesome brunch...also be sure to visit this awesome bakery next door), then have lunch in Old Town San Diego at one of the many quaint Mexican restaurants. For sightseeing, I recommend the Scripps Aquarium and Sea World!
World famous San Diego Zoo. There are dozens of other attractions, but you asked for one.
You REALLY have to spend a full day doing nothing but walking around Balboa Park and taking in all of the museums, flower gardens, The Organ Pavillion (music on some Sunday afternoons) The Rose Garden, The Fleet Museum and Theatre...do everything but the zoo...that takes another whole day by itself.
