rain is not usually expected in march. the weather will be nice...warm....in the 70's usually.
You can count on gorgeous weather in San diego all year long...They have had some rain lately but the days are usually about 72 75 degrees..
Nice with some overcast clouds, warm in some places, bare-footing weather just the same, windows open in the evenings, heater off in the house, small fan running in the bedroom....

Ummm...Most likely you are going to see rain at the end of march...it usally rains in Jan and Feb!
