Don't know, but in 2004 the median price of a home was $2.5 million. Homes start at $1 million where the lot is less than 1/4 acre, and run up to $32 million.

Those guys are all stuck up prunes . . . if you want to really live in a nice area spend the cash & live in Torrey Pines . . for 1.5mil you can get a decenet house w. a small view of the ocean. I HIGHLY recomend the neighborhood. Rancho Santa Fe is garbage for the cash.
