Where do you recommend golfinf in San Diego?

Anyplace which is reasonably priced- under $50. I am guessing with a tee time lottery places like Balboa Park may be hard to get on.

Balboa Park? That's a pitch and putt. You aren't going to find very many places under your criteria. Try Coronado, Riverwalk, Bonita, Chula Vista Country Club.
