Things to do for your 1 year anniversary in San Diego? |
Travel Info My none year anniversay is Saturday and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for something nice to do in San Diego or even Los Angeles. Travel Tips Congratulations! We've been married for over five years now and love living here in San Diego. Here are some suggestions: 1) Go to a nice restaurant - there are plenty available. I like a nice view, though - try the Marine Room in La Jolla, or Bertrand at Mister A's (extremely expensive, but the view is phenomenal and you could go there just for a drink). 2) Harbor Cruise - there's a couple of different companies that let you have a nice dinner on board, and then you could go up top on deck and watch the moonlight on the bay. They'll also give you champagne and let you keep memento champagne glasses if you want. 3) Have a picnic up on Mount Soledad - reaffirm your love there and you'll feel on top of the world. 4) Go out dancing. Pick a venue you both like, but leave early and go for a stroll on the boardwalk by the marina or in Pacific Beach. 5) Have brunch in Coronado, then rent bikes (or a four-wheeler with a canopy) and go for a leisurely ride. If you were really ambitious, you could conceivably do all of the above in a single day. Have fun! Others maybe take a cruise. Take the ferry across the harbor to Coronado and have lunch/dinner at Pheohe's....awesome view...awesome food...romantic ride to the restuarant and back home. My wife of 7 years and I go to Pheohe's every year for Valentine's Day! Congrats! |
