Travel Info I need directions from sant ana to the marine base in san diego? Travel Tips Which marine base? Pendelton, Miramar, MCRD??? A little more info please!! Others Jump on the 5 Fwy (Santa Ana Freeway) head south. Just before you hit Oceanside you will see signs for Camp Pendleton. Which base? There is also Miramar and the Recrut Depot. You had better make sure which one before you leave. Pendelton and Miramar are like whole cities unto themselves, you need accurate directions or building numbers or you will never find the right person or place even if you are there. take the 57 or 55 to the 5 south go for about an hour passed San Juan Capistrano, once you see las pulgas exit your close go to the a few miles more til you see the camp pendleton exit and have your registration , insurance and drivers license available. I fyou mean the recruit depot keep driving down the 5 make sure to stay on the 5 until you see downtown exit umm i think it's sassafras exit and follow the signs again have all you car info ready |
