Travel Info places or directions other riders Travel Tips It depends what kind of riding you want to do, and how far you're willing to go. A lot of the trail riding we do in SD isn't exactly legal, but you can find mountail riding trails all over Santee, Alpine, Poway, Chula Vista, etc. If you're willing to take a little drive, go to Ocotillo/ Plaster City/ Supersition off the 8 East. Its about an hour outside SD, and its a combination of dirt trails and sand hills. If you're into the dunes, hit Glamis or Gordons Well - the most fun you'll have! (About 2.5 hrs outside SD, close to AZ border). Others we ride them up and down the street but the legal way would be in the desert (near the border any were over there) |
