I'm planning to visit Sea World, San Diego Zoo, wich is better hotel, Hyatt Manchester or Hyatt la Joya?

Travel Tips
Both hotels are very much the higher end and very expensive. However, from a convenience stand point the Hyatt Manchester is your best bet. The Manchester is in the downtown (Harbor area) near the convention center. Only about a 2.5 mile easy drive to the SD Zoo in Balboa Park. Sea World is about 5-6 miles north, but an easy drive. The Hyatt LaJolla is approximately 15-18 miles north of the downtown area. Although it definitely has outstanding ocean front views it would not be near as convenient to either the Zoo or Sea World. You'd be closer to all the "action" in downtown San Diego (Petco Ballpark, Gaslamp restaurants & Seaport Village) plus an easy drive across the bridge to beautiful Coronado Island.

The Sheraton Harbor Island is nice. My ex used to work there, back in the early '80s! It is located pretty much right in between Sea World & the Zoo. Very swanky!

La Jolla (correct spelling) is also very upscale, but way far north of where you want to go. I never heard of the Manchester hotel, or any suburb in the San Diego area with that name, but who knows? I haven't been out there in years, and it may very well exist.
Manchester Hyatt is way nicer. Big fancy hotel right downtown
with very nice rooms
Manchester is better. It's downtown on the waterfront and there's plenty of things to do within walking distance. I live next to the Hyatt La Jolla and it's basically in the middle of a suburb.
I live in SD :)
