What are some good campsites around the Sacramento area? I'd prefer sites that aren't over over-populated.

I'd prefer sites that aren't over over-populated. Or better yet, ones that allow you to choose where you want to set up camp. I guess I'm just looking for cool places to go, with few to no people. I'm not planing on boating, just enjoying the outdoors. Thanks.
