Can I bring food or drinks to the wild animal park? do they check? |
Travel Info yea i wanna save money Travel Tips I was just there and brought in a huge soda from AM/PM. You don't have to hide it, they let you bring it in. They just won't let you bring in the straw because the animals could choke on it. I'm sure you could bring food in a back pack, they don't check, and they let school kids bring in their lunches. Others The Wild Animal Park in California? I am pretty sure you can, I don't remember exactly, but I don't remember them checking your bags. I am pretty sure you can take what you will. If you are referring to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, their website does not indicate if patrons can bring food into the park. It does state that there are 5 separate food concessions within the park, which "kinda" sounds like they want your money. Safest bet is to just call them and ask 1-619-231-1515. The operator will direct your call. If you are really adventuresome, they have a camp ground where you can rent a tent and sleep there (if you can to the sounds of the animals) overnight. Yes you can. I go there all the time. They even have a nice picnic area. |
