Why do people think that San Diego is? |
Travel Info - Less expensive than San Francisco (average $724,000 in downtown San Diego, $666,528 in South of Market SF) - Good salaries (San Diego median HH income - $55,637, SF Median HH Income - $57,496) -Light traffic in San Diego (I-15 in San Diego - *AADT 316,000 cars per day, I-10 in Los Angeles - AADT 310,000 cars per day) * Annual Average Daily Traffic Travel Tips People may think all that because they apparently haven't met you and encountered the opportuniy to be educated in these matters. ;) Others You are picking and choosing in an odd way. Why LA's I-10 when the 405 has more traffic? Why compare downtown prices? And who says those neighborhoods are comprable? You? So few San Diegans live downtown and downtown prices are $200,000 higher on average than the city as a whole, because in San Diego they are virtually all less than 5 years old and are not "fixers" I don't know for a fact, but I imagine the SF homes are smaller, it would be more fair to state price per sq ft. You start in about salaries and shift illogically to Houshold income, with no regard to household size and workers per household figures, so that is useless statement. Why not just compare salaries. Your train of logic on all three statements is bogus. |
