How much is you monthly for a mortage? |
Travel Info I was looking for a house in San Diego a while ago. The mortage was for $415,000. No money down. The bank was saying it was going to be $3200/month (30 year, average APR..the regular stuff). I was shocked at how high this was. Anyone out there pay that or is that absurd? Travel Tips If my calculations are correct, you would end up paying 2.7 times the amount of the house. Does seem a little steep, but you are in CA, anythings possible. I beleive my husband has a 15 yr mortgage, and will end up paying about 1.75-2x the worth of the house, in TX. I'm by no means an expert, just my 2c. Others 3 years ago when the realestate was high, we sold out..moved to another state and we owe nothing. With no money down, that's accurate... The market out here is absurd right now. Lots of people are paying that... |
