I would say it could be the worlds fair tower in Balboa Park, The Coronado Bridge or the San Diego Zoo. There's also the Hotel del Coronado which has been in several movies.
The Ronald Reagan ship, the Midway, the Russian Submarine, Seaport Village, The Cornado bridge, assorted ships and yachts, Shamu, Horton Plaza, Big buildings........................
