Who is the best for tv, internet, phone packages in San Diego? |
Travel Info Hi, I have just relocated to Encinitas and was wondering who offers the best and most reliable tv, phone, internet packages at a reasonable price? Many thanks Travel Tips I live in Encinitas; some of the area is an overlap of Cox and Time Warner, some is just Cox. We decided initially to go with Time Warner and they came out to do the installation (after telling us on the phone that we were in their service area) and then they told us we weren't! So we set an appointment up with Cox. Several days later Time Warner called us to say that we were in their area after all and they wanted to set up another appt. We said "no thank you". We've had Cox for a little over 2 years for all three services and been reasonably happy. They will do a lot of "specials" to set you set up with services for 3 or 6 months. If you call them you can often get new "special rates" just for asking. We've done it four or five times already, just by asking if they can give us any price breaks for our current service package. Maybe T/W will do that too; we just were turned off by their poor response to out initial service request. Others I agree. Thumbs up for Cox services, we've had excellent customer support with them and the price isn't bad. |
