Sandiego, California?!?

Me and my fam are going to Sandiego, California soon. And I was wondering if any of u guys have any great hot spots we have to check out. I kno the sandiego zoo is a ttl GO but anything else? And why is it so cool.
Plz keep in mind i have a 10 yr old bro:)

Travel Tips

Go to the beach. When I was there in Dec, I went to the beach and there were hundreds of seals lounging on the beach. It was very impressive.

Yes the Zoo is a must. I spent a whole day there--it is the biggest zoo ever. And all the sections are done like the natural habitat so it's not like you are walking with 100s of people. Some places it's just you and the animals and you feel like no one else is there in the whole park.

I enjoyed the Balboa Park right beside the zoo. It has like 40 museums but they are so different they aren't that boring. There is a museum for everything. I laid out on the grassy area there in the middle and read my book though.

Of course SeaWorld. I went to a night show and it rocked. SeaWorld will not take a whole day though.

And they have the best mexican food in the world. Go to Old Town and every other restaurant is fabulous.

San Diego rocks. You'll love it.
Others

Go to Sea World, and the animal park out side of town. Visit Coronado Island. Go to Old Town and take the trolley bus, it is just a tour bus, they will show you everything and tell you the history of the town. There are some restored Spanish Missions near town that you should see. There is a lighthouse on the point also.
And for a great outdoor hike along the coast, visit Torrey Pines State Park
