Emerald Cove, La Jolla, California?

Is this a good part of La Jolla? Is it upscale and a safe family neighborhood? It appears to be closer to Pacific Beach, which is a party town?

I have family that lives in Pacific Beach, and it is much more than a party town. The beach accounts for a strip a couple of miles long and one block wide. The rest of the town is families, with great schools and parks.

Emerald Cove is in a very nice part of town, just north of Pacific Beach. the schools are excellent, and there is very little crime.

Yes, it's very nice and safe. Quite upscale.
