What should I do in San Francisco for new years???!!! pls help!!!!!?

I want to go out to a really fun club for new years eve, but my friends and I dont have too much money to spend. do you have any suggestions of what we can do, spending no more than $50 each for the night?? (not including taxi cabs and transportation....just admission and drinks)

by the way, were all 21+
