Best Cigar Lounge(s) in and around Rancho Cordova and San Ramon, CA?

I'm going to be travelling to the Rancho Cordova and San Ramon, CA areas for business and I"m looking for a great place to relax with a good cigar. Any suggestions?

Hooligans Alehouse & Grill : 7294 San Ramon Road, poor service but decent cigars in-house.

O'Kane's Pub : Located in the "Marketplace" Center (near the Library) off of Bollinger Canyon Road. Overpriced cigars but really great place.

That's about it for San Ramon. You may want to just make a trip over to SF because there are many more places over here. Source(s): Googled it.
