Travel Info Do people have bonfires in the winter at Ocean Beach in San Francisco.? Travel Tips Bonfires on the beach are a SF traditon. We have them summer and winter. The police will harrass you only if you are drunk, the fire is out of control or you are bothering folks around you. Please don't throw glass into the fire [glass on the beach is a BAD idea!] and clean up after yourself! Enjoy! Others I'm sure they do if it is allowed, I know that we have our own bon fire in our back yard pit in the winter time here in the little Village I line in , we have snow on the ground and gonna have a nice fire and grill out this weekend, gotta love Alberta Canada Yes, people still do. However, be careful, the last time we did, one of our cars got broken into. |
