Where can our carpool going north from San Francisco park just south of the Golden Gate bridge? |
Travel Info We are carpooling to the North Bay from San Francisco. Since we are coming from different parts of the city, we would like to meet right before the bridge. Is there a good place to park that is accessible from both 19th Ave and Lombard without going too far out of the way? The Presidio is a big place, so please be specific. Thank you! Travel Tips I'd park in the marina green area or near the presidio. here: go down marina blvd until you hit one of the last lights near the palace of the fine arts. you should see volleyball courts on your right. keep going down that road (almost veering right, but really straight). there are parking lots there (free) and near the bridge. |
