Any opinions on rental homes in Napa, CA?

What exactly do you need to know? Like all places there are good homes and worse ones. Our rental is not the greatest at all, but liveable. We pay about $1000 a month, and that's good for the area which is why we don't move. The average is about $1700 now and just goes up from there. The fancy rental houses upvalley go for $4000 or more.
