Mapquest says it takes 8 hours, 48 minutes to get from Treasure Island in Vegas to City Hall in San Fran. Adjust accordingly. My girlfriend has driven from Las Vegas to San Francisco. She says agrees with a prior answer in that it takes about 8 hours to drive between the two cities. Mapquest estimates the driving time at 9 hours (565 miles) The route used is the "classic" route via the San Joaquin Valley. It usually takes me about 10 hours from the bay area. It is safer to stop every hour or so and get out and stretch your legs. |
