Which is the best aquarium in San Francisco?

Aquarium Of The Bay has improved much in the last few years while Steinhart's temporary location doesn't allow it as much space as it had while in Golden Gate Park (and where it should return once the Academy Of Science's rebuild is finished). Either one would be fine for a visit, though Aquarium Of The Bay probably will have a little more "wow factor."

If at all possible though, your best bet would be to take the drive south to Monterey, as this is definitely the best aquarium in the area. Though either of the two in SF are worth a visit.
