I believe you mean Prudhoe Bay, the largest oil field in North America. It is located in Alaska. It is situated on the Northern shore of Alaska, bordering the Beaufort Sea and Arctic Ocean. It has been in the news lately because of the shutdown of some of its oil pipelines in August. It has a total area of approximately 558 square miles and a population of 5 as of the last census.
