What are the BAD areas in the GREATER San Francisco area? esp. along BART routes?

Travel Info
thanks in advance. just seems impossible to find anywhere to live for under 1300 when my office is in the embarcadero.

Travel Tips
theres places for less than that in cities like Belmont, Pacifica, South San Francisco. You can find a lot of places for 1300....you would just have to catch BART...If you're going to move out of the city, don't move to the East Bay, I used to live there, it gets worse as time goes on. Try the cities I mentioned...maybe San Bruno, San Carlos, Etc.

Others
Stay away from the Tenderloin area, or any alley.
Richmond all the way down to Fremont has some pretty poor and bad neighborhoods all the way along the route, especially the Colesium station in Oakland, West Oakland station, the Richmond station, Fruitvale, and pretty much all the stops has some cheaper neighborhoods.
