I really enjoyed Ghirardelli (i think i spelled it wrong) and haight-asbury...there are some verrry friendly people over there. :)

The Palace of the Legion of Honor and Lincoln Park. It's one of San Francisco's best kept secrets.

Views of Golden Gate Bridge, seaside cliffs with hiking trails, a beautiful golf course, an excellent European art museum with a decent terrace cafe, and relatively few tourists. The perfect lazy day at the park.
